“What we can do for you”
A). Look after your property
i. If we are managing the property (sometimes the Landlord will opt to do this themselves) we will make regular 3 monthly visits to check if any maintenance items need attention. We will also ask you to contact us if anything happens that needs maintenance so we can attend to it quickly
B). Look after your deposit
i. Your deposit will be placed in a government bond scheme as per current legislation. This will be refunded to you less a deduction for any damage that is observed on your exit
C). Protect your belongings
i. We are not authorised to sell insurance but we can put you in touch with our insurance company who can arrange contents insurance for your processions
